IP Litigation

We advise and represent clients in dispute cases in the courts and the Trademark Appeal Commission. Related cases for example are trademark deletion and cancellation, copyright recordal deletion, cancellation of industrial design registration, deletion or cancellation of patent, legal actions and appeal for rejected applications at the appeal commission and courts.

IP Enforcement

We advise and represent clients in legal actions to Intellectual Property infringements. We do legal actions against trademark and copyright ingringers including online movie piracy.

IP Investigation & Market Survey

We help clients in conducting investigations and market surveys required to support various cases such as allegations of Intellectual Property infringement or finding out the values of an Intellectual Property in the market. We also help in negotiations for purchase of Intellectual Property assets.

IP Commercial & Licensing

We help clients in IP commercialization with advices on franchising, licensing, royalty payments, endorsements or brand ambassadors, commercial music usages, IP assignments, and other MOU's.

IP Due Diligence

We do IP due diligence or audit to define, examine and analyze your IP portfolio to reveal the value of the involved intangible assets—trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secrets. This exercise is common during bussiness transactions involving these assets, such as IP licensing, and also used to reveal how an IP can be protected in business.

Clients may get the benefit from valuation of their IP assets, be able to see how well their assets are protected or the potential for protection during law enforcement.

Domain Name Dispute

Internet domain name is strongly associated with trademark. A registered trademark is also protected from cybersquatting when a domain name is registered in bad faith to be similar to it.

Over the last few years, we have represented clients in handling domain name disputes especially with .id Top-Level Domains (TLD) and .co.id Country Code Top- Level Domains (ccTLD).

Trade Secret and Confidential Information

We represent clients in handling disputes in Trade Secret and Confidential Information. We give opinions and advise clients on confidentiality agreements in their businesses.
